In Jesse’s words

“My new project In Tune is a very personal work for me that draws together all my musical inspirations from rāga to minimalism to Impressionist piano music and my personal experience growing up in a sound healing family.

I was inspired by the well-researched power of the Indian classical shruti tuning system, where the resonance of these pitches have been known to heal and spark meditative states. I wanted to explore sound, silence and the resonating space in between on a re-tuned piano set to these incredible pitches. And in turn, take listeners on a musical journey to grow, bloom and expand through sound – and ultimately experience a tuning of mind and body”.

“Jesse has a unique sound that will challenge the horizons of saxophone players worldwide for many decades.”
